Upper Arm Exercises And FAST Fat Burning

Hi ! Celie here, well here is what I found out:-

So what actually did give me sexy, toned upper arms and some great weight loss fast? Let’s see - (well I have one pic of me when I was too fat but there is no way I am putting it here on the front page, you will have to hunt on another page for it.)

*** Upper Arm Exercises of course but this time I DID THEM – that’s a first!  You too? It is so hard to keep motivated but crucially, the fast results from the Fat Burning program melted off the weight.

On with the tale, if you are like I was – hey notice that?

- like I was maybe you are embarrassed at how your upper arms look, does the rest of you ‘weigh you down’ too?  Do things sag, do you cover up, do you not wear your strappy tops, the gorgeous party frocks and what about ’round the pool’ on holiday? Or worse, do you see your other half looking at toned women? Can’t you just feel the comparisons in your head let alone his?   Have you tried diets that got you nowhere?

How Many Cardigans Do You Own?

Aagghh, cover up fast, buy even more cardigans and still look like your granny, well I am a granny but do NOT want to look like one. Don’t forget that photos tell tales and for a special ‘do’  like a wedding, they are around for just about ever.

No No No!

I suffered too, batwings, bingo wings, flab to end all flab and get this – I wasn’t even hugely overweight, but still they hung there drooping down and depressing me, so I sure know how you feel.  Can arm exercises be the only way?

I began to try out a few ideas…

I was hoping to find an easy way to get toned sexy arms and lose some weight on the way.   Liposuction seemed easy but no, it is not a good idea for underarm flab, not stomach fat.

Why? Because you lose the fat ok, but are left with empty, saggy skin – not to mention a rather empty wallet.

So What Else Is There?  What Are The Problems?

Upper arm exercises have to be the way to go for toned up arms (as well as lose the weight in other places) to get droopy bits in line.  But for me, and it was a BIG BUT, I could never stick to anything.  Does this sound familiar? A week of furious effort followed by really good excuses, all true ones of course, then I would slip off my good intentions perch and give up.

The diet & exercises are simple but they work very fast, which I like, who can wait for weeks with nothing to show for it, not me for sure and probably not you either. if I can do it anyone can, I am not exactly Miss Universe.  And what if you are overweight and need some help to lose the fat, doesn’t make you a bad person.

Still and all, now I can wear the best I’ve got,

Including a strappy little black dress, my arms don’t bother me any more, in fact I am guilty of flashing them about a bit, so join me without worrying, he has great guarantees on board and free videos and ebooks.  Sooner you start, sooner you’ll get there, honestly this does work, it’s not too hard and well worth it.

Toned Upper Arms Are Not Happening Yet!

Well I have been busily exercising away in order to get nice toned upper arms, there are a lot of exercises on the internet and I was hoping to find something that would work for me.

The trouble is though, that I start this and then start that and never really settle down to something to give it a chance to work on me and they don’t seem to mention my general weight, surely that counts?

What I need I discover, is some kind of follow up or someone setting out what next, what to expect and although I hate to say it, some regular e mails coming in to gee me up.  If I could afford a personal trainer that would be even better, but I can’t so this seems like the next best thing.

Also I learn that just pushing up on your arms or dipping while holding on to a chair, is not enough on its own, especially if you have some weight to lose and worse, you can damage your shoulders if you don’t do it right.

I learn that the fastest way to get toned upper arms has to include a fair bit of weight training. Sounds as if we will end up looking like Mr Universe, but no, ladies aren’t built that way in general.  Properly set out weight training (nearly said weight lifting there, but that would be double wrong) anyway, weight training will help to melt off excess body fat and at the same time! begin to get those toned sexy arms we definitely want.

One of the programmes I am looking at states:

to my clients. You CAN’T burn body fat doing long slow cardio, and
you will NEVER look lean and toned if you don’t add serious
strength training exercises to your program.

Mmm, we shall see.

Upper Arm Exercises – Do They Work?

Hi, my name is Cecilia and I am bothered about a problem that a lot of ladies my age are also bothered about – flabby underarms. This horrible phenomenon is also called Bingo Wings or worse – Batwings and finally I have decided that mine have to go.

I want to wear my party frocks, strappy tops and swimsuits and not have to cover up my arms all the time – don’t you?

I am thinking that if you do suffer from the same problem, you could just wait a bit and see what happens to me when I try out some upper arm exercises I have found online, which will work best? Do any of them work and worst of all, will it be really hard work? Does being a bit overweight make a diff?
